In May 2025, Galerie du Lendemain continues its series of thematic group exhibitions. With “MA SAISON PRÉFÉRÉE », its latest group show, Galerie du Lendemain invites a group of artists, painters and photographers, to share their personal and creative vision of the most sensual and sun-drenched of all seasons: Summer.

A season that stirs all our senses with its intensity: too much light, too much heat, too much sensuality… The very idea of Summer allows for a rediscovery and reclaiming of one’s own body; the long hours invite contemplation, stillness, and, imbued with a feeling of complete freedom, a union with the essential elements of Summer: water, sunlight, and nature at its peak.

It is perhaps the only season where we can truly be ourselves—a season devoted to pleasure, to fullness, to surrender—where all struggle is set aside, for the sun always triumphs. As if in a duel, we let Summer overtake us; we embrace its long-awaited touch with passion, knowing it will not last forever. At best, it may return next year…

All these sensations that belong to Summer alone, this is what our group of artists has managed to interpret here, transforming reality through their creative vision, so that in front of their works, we may feel that unique emotion that makes Summer our favorite season.
