BRADY AUSTIN RIDER
LINGER A LITTLE LONGER

After “Vivre la lumière” in June 2024 and “Ma saison préférée” in May 2025, two group shows where Brady Austin Rider presented a series of paintings and “Mes nuits sont plus belles que vos jours” in December 2024 where he presented a series of black and white photographs, Galerie du Lendemain is presenting in November 2025 the first solo show of Brady Austin Rider, “Linger a Little Longer”, which offers psychedelic-inspired oil paintings that breathe life into memories and question his reality.
Through his fluid style, use of color, and choice in subject matter, his goal is to capture the look and feel of a moment. His subjects consist mainly of himself, his fiancé, and close friends, allowing him to better understand and capture their energies. He finds inspiration in artists like Glenn Brown, Jackson Pollock, and Vincent van Gogh. He wants his audience to be present and allow the paintings to take them on a journey.

BRADLEY ATKINSON
BLONDE IN THE GRASS

Working from original film photographs, Atkinson translates fleeting, journalistic images into vignettes that explore queer intimacy, the male gaze, and the nostalgia of California summer. Atkinson’s process involves layering oil and acrylic paint with passages of spray paint, which acts as both a mask and an erasure. The spray flattens parts of the image, tightening the composition, while allowing the brushwork elsewhere to remain loose, expressive, and gestural. This process nods to the way memory functions – subjectively with some details sharply fixed, and others that contain more emotion and fluidity.
